Join us and practice with one of the very special Ashtanga yoga masters worldwide, Govinda Kai. He is coming to Italy for the first time ever to share his passion for the spiritual life and for deep transformation through the practice of Ashtanga yoga and its philosophy. Govinda’s teachings will bring real life changing experiences of celebrating the truly profound possibilities of yoga and spiritual practice.

This week will be the first major section of the 9-month intensive program launched by Govinda Kai this year, which will culminate in India in 2017. In this time together in glorious Italy, we will focus on building the foundation for a truly powerful life and practice.

The objective of this week intensive Mysore retreat is to kick-off this very special project which aims at creating a community of people, who are seriously committed to deepen their knowledge of the Self through the practice of Ashtanga yoga and its philosophy.

In this Intensive, we will attempt this truth: “To practice, without practicing. To practice from a place of a transparent ego”.

You will experience a life affirming week that will challenge and inspire within the beautiful setting of Salento, Italy. The event is open also to all those committed students, who wish to practice and deepen their knowledge of the Astanga yoga principles with Govinda Kai, but who are not interested to enrol to the 9month intensive program. Those students will still have access to all classes on the retreat week. You also have the chance to attend the Mysore classes only, in this case the cost for the 6 classes is different.
